Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Plans: The Standardized Letters

Medigap plans are standardized by letter: Plan A, B, D, G, K, L, M and N are sold today, with legacy Plans C and F limited to people eligible before 2020. Every company selling a given letter offers the same standard benefits for that letter. CMS does not publish Medigap premiums; prices are set by each insurance company.
